About Frank

Frank has participated in well over 900 mediations and settlement conferences as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. Since 2016, he has acted as mediator on numerous mandatory and private mediations.

Frank’s approach is to maintain a collaborative and civil environment, with the ultimate goal of resolving the case fairly and reasonably.

Frank specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance and personal injury matters.

Areas of expertise include motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), transportation law, occupiers’ liability, municipal liability, product liability, property damage and subrogation matters.

Half-day and full-day sessions available:

Half-day - from 10 am to 1 pm; or 2 pm to 5pm

Full-day - from 10 am to 5 pm
